The 62nd Annual Southern 500 Golf Invitational is a charity golf tournament held at Darlington Country Club from August 28-30, 2026, celebrating the club's centennial. The event supports Friends of Southern 500 Junior Golf, a non-profit providing opportunities for youth golf. The tournament features separate Men's and Women's divisions. The Men's Division is a 54-hole strokeplay event (August 28-30) and is eligible for the South Carolina Golf Association (SCGA) Player of the Year. The Women's Division is an 18-hole strokeplay event (August 28). Entry fees are $350 (men) / $150 (women) if paid by June 1; $375 / $175 if paid June 2-July 31; and $400 / $200 if paid after August 1. The entry deadline is August 23. Participants must be 18 or older and hold a GHIN handicap. Prizes include golf merchandise credits for flight winners. The event schedule includes a practice round on August 27, with rounds on August 28-30, plus lunch and evening entertainment each night.
