Ennis Golf Club's Friday Open Singles is a weekly 18-hole individual stableford competition open to both gents and ladies. The series begins on Friday 3rd April and runs weekly on Fridays throughout the season. The entry fee is €30 for visitors (€7 for members). Each weekly winner automatically qualifies for the Grand Final in October, where they compete for a PowaKaddy electric trolley. The event is sponsored by Martin Ward Golf Ltd. Tee times can be booked in advance via the club's online booking system. Players play from the Yellow tees (men) or Red tees (ladies). A handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies) is required to enter. May play in 4s.
