The Junior Open takes place on Tuesday 25 August 2026 at Bristol & Clifton Golf Club. This is an 18-hole Medal (strokeplay) competition with a 95% handicap allowance, open to boys and girls under the age of 18. Boys play from the 60 tees and girls from the 57 tees. Players are drawn into groups of three, with tee times allocated in handicap order (lowest handicap playing first) and communicated after sign-up closes on 18 August 2026. The competition forms part of the Gloucestershire Golf Union Jeff Hall Trophy and the Bristol & Clifton Junior Order of Merit. Entry fee is £10.00 per person, payable by debit or credit card at the time of entry; no refunds are given for withdrawals after sign-up closes. Maximum Playing Handicap: 36. Entrants must be members of a recognised golf club and hold a current WHS Handicap Index. iGolf members are not permitted to enter. Entry is via the online startsheet on the club website.

Best Gross and Best Net awarded separately for Boys and for Girls. Best Bristol & Clifton scores also recognised.
