The Bristol Tankards is an 18-hole pairs Stableford open competition for men, held at Bristol & Clifton Golf Club on Saturday 1 August 2026. Players compete from the Bristol & Clifton 2025 Tee 63 course setup, with an 85% handicap allowance applied. Maximum playing handicap is 24; players whose calculated playing handicap exceeds this play off the maximum allowance. Entry is restricted to golfers who are members of a recognised golf club and hold a current WHS ID and Handicap Index. iGolf members are not permitted to enter. Entry fee is £100.00 per pair for visitors; members pay £30.00 per pair (required) plus an optional £35.00 per pair supplement. An optional Two's Club is available at £6.00 per pair, added at the time of entry — if either player in the pair makes a 2, both share the Two's pot. Tea, coffee, and a bacon bap on arrival are included in the entry fee. Dietary requirements should be communicated to the bar and catering team. Entry is via the online startsheet; all team places must be filled at the time of entry (substitutions permitted later). Sign-up closes at 8:00pm on 25 July 2026. No refunds are given for withdrawals after sign-up closes. Prizes are awarded across one division; the number and value of prizes is based on the number of entries.
