The Men's Seniors' Pairs Open takes place at Bristol & Clifton Golf Club on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Open to men aged 55 or over on the day of the competition. Played in pairs over 18 holes from the 60 tees in Stableford format with an 85% handicap allowance; the highest Stableford score per pair per hole is counted towards the team total. Entry is restricted to golfers who are members of a recognised golf club and hold a current WHS Handicap Index. iGolf members are not permitted to enter. There is no maximum Handicap Index for entry, but the maximum playing handicap is 28; golfers with a higher playing handicap play off 28. Entry fee is £100.00 per team for visitors. Entries must be submitted via the online startsheet; all team places must be filled at entry, though substitutions may be made later. Sign-up closes at 8:00pm on 26th August 2026. No refunds are given for withdrawals after sign-up closes. Tea/coffee and a bacon bap on arrival are included in the entry fee; please inform the bar and catering team of any dietary requirements. One division; prizes awarded to five places, plus nearest the pin prizes on all par 3s.
