The Somabay World Cup is a one-day individual Stableford qualifying competition held over 18 holes on the main course at UGOLF Rosny-sous-Bois. Tee-off begins at 09:00 with staggered starts. Competitors are divided into four mixed series by handicap index: 1st series (index below 15), 2nd series (15 to 23.9), 3rd series (24 to 35.9), and 4th series (36 to 54). This round is part of the 2026 Somabay World Cup qualifying circuit, with the aim of progressing to a national final and ultimately an international final held in Somabay, Egypt. Entry requires a valid golf licence (FFGolf or foreign equivalent). The total cost per player is 57€, comprising a green fee of 47€ (non-subscriber full rate) and a competition entry fee of 10€. Online registration closes on 8 July 2026.

Golf de Rosny-sous-Bois is a 9-hole course located in an oasis of greenery within the Rosny business park in Seine-Saint-Denis, approximately 4 kilometers from the gates of Paris. Designed by Olivier Brizon and established in 1988, the course features a par 33 layout spanning 1,907 meters, comprising one par 5, four par 4s, and four par 3s. The course is characterized by its strategic design that encourages thoughtful shot selection, making it accessible to both experienced golfers and beginners. The nine holes are magnificently tree-lined, providing an attractive natural setting. The layout's design philosophy allows players of all skill levels to enjoy the course while maintaining a challenge through strategic positioning. Facilities include a 35-post practice range with 15 covered stations, a putting green, and approach zones with bunkers. The course operates year-round with seasonal hours and offers instruction through the UGOLF Academy, including free introductory sessions. A restaurant accommodating up to 80 people and a pro shop are available on-site, along with club and cart rentals.
