The format is W-PERIA (Double Peoria), a handicap variant where handicaps are calculated on the day, so no pre-registered handicap is required. Entry is open to all golfers (どなたでもご自由に参加できます) from one person upwards, with flexible groupings. The entry fee is JPY 3,080, which includes a meal. All participants receive a participation prize, and additional prizes are awarded to winners. Entries must be made by phone to the club (0166-82-6111) or by fax (0166-82-6110) up to two days before the event. Carts are included. General club handicap limits apply (up to 50.0 for B class, capped at 36.0 for official play, but this event uses W-PERIA which typically allows higher handicaps or calculates on the day; the page notes 'W-PERIA' for this event and general B class limit is 50.0).
