The Asahikawa Meat Cup Meat Festival (旭川ミート杯肉祭) takes place on 22 August 2026, starting at 12:00, at Court Asahikawa Country Club in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, Japan. This is an open individual competition using the Double Peoria (Wペリア) scoring method, in which hidden holes are used to calculate a pseudo-handicap applied to gross stroke scores. Entry fee is JPY 2,750. Any golfer may enter; groupings are flexible and solo entry is accepted. Entries are accepted up to 2 days before the event (deadline: 20 August 2026) by phone or fax: TEL 0166-82-6111 / FAX 0166-82-6110. Play is principally self-ride (no caddie), though caddie service may be requested subject to availability on a first-come basis. All participants (excluding free-entry events) receive a meal. Participation prizes are provided to all entrants, and multiple prizes are available for top finishers.
