The Real Federación Andaluza de Golf (RFGA) is the official regional golf federation for Andalusia, Spain, established in 1979 and granted royal patronage in 2006. It serves as the governing body for golf development across eight Andalusian provinces—Almería, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Huelva, Jaén, Málaga, and Sevilla. The RFGA organizes comprehensive competitive programs across multiple categories including children, juniors, seniors, professionals, women, and adaptive golf, alongside Pitch & Putt specialties. The federation maintains an extensive calendar of championships, circuits, and qualifying tournaments that feed into regional and national competitions.
The RFGA operates numerous competitive circuits tailored to different player categories and skill levels, including the Pequecircuito for young players, the Mid-Amateur rankings and championships, senior circuits, and professional qualifying events. Championships are organized across distinct regional zones (West, Central, and East), allowing players to compete locally while accumulating rankings and earning qualifications for national championships. All competitions are governed by R&A Rules of Golf and World Handicap System standards, with scores contributing to official handicap calculations and WAGR rankings where applicable.
