The 40th Illinois State Senior Amateur Championship is a 54-hole stroke play event held at The Mauh-Nah-Tee-See Club from September 14-16, 2026. Open to amateur golfers who are Illinois residents, have reached their 55th birthday, and hold a handicap not exceeding 10.4. The field consists of exempt players and qualifiers. Play is 18 holes on Monday and Tuesday for the full field, with the low 35 players and ties advancing to the final 18 holes on Wednesday. A $250 entry fee applies. Players reaching their 65th birthday compete for Low Super Senior. Ties are broken by an immediate three-hole total-stroke playoff, followed by sudden victory if necessary. Gift certificates are awarded to top 10 finishers.
