Turtle Ace Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course located in Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Designed by Shozo Kosasaba and constructed by Yamato Danchi Co., Ltd., the facility opened on November 8, 1992. The course spans approximately 1.058 million square meters of green hilly terrain, featuring Pennington bentgrass greens. It is situated near the Kameyama Station on the JR Kansai Main Line, offering easy access from the Meishin Expressway. The layout is characterized by strategic demands and significant water hazards. The front nine features a demanding opening hole, a 384-yard par-4 that requires a precise drive over a 235-yard bunker. The sixth hole presents a 359-yard par-4 with a large water hazard guarding the front of the green, while the ninth hole is a 564-yard par-5 that challenges players to avoid bunkers and water on the second shot. The back nine introduces a 214-yard par-3 at the 15th, which plays to a two-tiered green and is flanked by out-of-bounds areas. The 16th hole, a 514-yard par-5, offers a reachable second shot but requires careful navigation around a water hazard on the left side of the fairway. Water is a critical factor throughout the round, particularly on the 17th and 18th holes, which are separated by a pond. The 17th is a 379-yard par-4 with water guarding the right side, while the 18th is a 412-yard par-4 with a water hazard on the left. The course also features out-of-bounds zones on several holes, including the third, fifth, seventh, tenth, eleventh, thirteenth, and fifteenth, requiring disciplined shot placement. Special tee areas are provided for players who hit their drive out of bounds, allowing them to continue play from the fairway. The course yardage varies by tee, with the back tees measuring 3,900 yards for the front nine and 3,398 yards for the back nine.

The layout sprawls across acres of lush countryside with a traditional design that is fairly wooded, requiring accuracy to navigate through narrow openings provided by the trees. A stream meanders across the golf course and comes into play on several holes. In 2013 the course was rated the #1 Golf Course in the Dayton Area and in 2016 was rated the #3 public golf course in the state of Ohio. Located just north of the German town of Muenster, Texas, the course sits in a remote area of North Texas. The front nine is more traditional and straightforward, but the back nine features a variety of holes, elevation change, doglegs, blind shots, and narrow tree-lined fairways with elevated tees. Although Turtle Hill has very few bunkers and water hazards that come into play, each hole requires precision and accuracy in order to keep the ball in play, and out of the oak trees. The signature hole is number 11, a par-3, 204-yard hole that is one of Texas' most scenic and unique holes, named by Texas Golfer magazine as one of the 18 most unique holes in the State of Texas. The course rating is 72.2 with a slope rating of 123. The signature par three eleventh is picture-perfect with a two-club drop in elevation, requiring a perfect tee shot to avoid the protected natural areas that surround the green.

The course has hosted the 1990 PGA Cup, the South Carolina Amateur, and various collegiate tournaments. Turtle Point, along with The Ocean Course, has been selected as host for the 2029 Girls and Boys Junior PGA Championships. The course plays through maritime forest and residential areas before opening to ocean views, offering a scenic and varied round of golf that showcases the natural beauty of Kiawah Island.

Located at 5223 Sun Lake Boulevard in Sebring, Florida, the course was built in the middle of a Scrub Jay Preservation Area, providing a sanctuary for protected birds and a natural setting.
