The 9-hole Estuary Course, which opened around 2010, measures approximately 3,013 yards at par 36 and comprises a balanced mix of par threes, fours, and fives. The Saltram Course is laid out across undulating parkland terrain, with the natural contours of the land incorporated into the design. The layout features strategic bunkering influenced in part by St Andrews-style double greens on some holes, along with multiple water hazards that come into play throughout the round. The course carries a slope rating of 125 and presents a varied test across its length, with several demanding par fours and fives rewarding accurate driving and approach play. Views of Dartmoor and Plymouth Sound are visible from several points on both courses. The signature hole on the Saltram Course is the 13th, a par three of 209 yards with an island green completely surrounded by water, widely regarded as one of the more testing short holes in the region. The club has hosted the English Golf Union County Championship among other competitive events.
