The Roosevelt Course at The Villages Executive Golf Trail in Lady Lake, Florida, is a 9-hole private executive course designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton and built in 2007. This scenic Level 4 course is par 29 and can play as short as 1080 yards or as long as 1751 yards from the back tees. Roosevelt is located next door to the Truman Recreation Center, close to where Canal Street intersects with 466A. Roosevelt is a fun, but challenging golf course where golfers will shoot uphill and downhill and putt on large, undulating greens, and during a round it's quite possible they will need every club in their bag. The signature hole on Roosevelt is the par 4 number six, which plays straight uphill with oaks guarding either side of the fairway, measuring 205 yards from the forward tees and 280 from the tips.

Roosevelt Municipal Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal course situated on 150 acres overlooking Roosevelt, Utah, with panoramic views of the surrounding community and the Uinta Mountains to the north. The front nine, opened in May 1974 and designed by Joe Williams, features traditional layout with tree-lined fairways and large greens. Water hazards come into play on three holes, and while greens lack severe breaks, the mature trees increase difficulty for all skill levels. The back nine, completed in May 1994 and designed by local developer Gordie Harmston with community support and state funding, plays with a links-style character until trees mature. This nine includes distinctive holes such as an island green, a par-3 with over 100 feet of vertical drop, and a par-5 with a double fairway. Cliff areas impact play on three holes. The back nine greens are more contoured than the front, providing a greater putting challenge. Nearly all holes feature wall-to-wall grass, creating a lush, established country club atmosphere throughout the course.

Originally developed from pancake-flat pastureland, the course was shaped with 370,000 cubic yards of soil movement to create undulating hills. The design incorporates three meandering creeks with native willows, cottonwoods, and oak trees, along with six lakes and the area's only island green (Hole 15). The course features 39 fairway and greenside bunkers. The layout plays to 7,001 yards from the back tees (Black) with a slope rating of 138 and rating of 73.9, down to 5,139 yards from the Red tees. Hole 7, a long dogleg-left par 4 with water running its entire length, is the most difficult hole. The signature oak tree frames Hole 17. Notable characteristics include six consecutive holes (5-10) that play into the wind, with Hole 9 considered one of Sonoma County's most challenging par 5s due to water hazards on multiple shots. The course offers multiple tee options for both men and women, with varying difficulty levels. Practice facilities include a grass driving range and two practice putting greens. Amenities include a pro shop, café, and event center.

Acquired by the city in 1920, the course occupies land with significant historical significance—the site of the former Portland Country Club and once home to one of four racetracks in the park system. The first nine holes were built on former racetrack property, and the area also served as Portland's first airplane landing field. The course features challenging long par 4s and tree-lined fairways, offering moderate to challenging play. The 1932 clubhouse is notable for being listed on the National Register of Historic Places, reflecting the course's historic character. Rose City Golf Course operates from 7am to 7pm daily and is managed through Portland Parks Golf, which handles tee time bookings and course information.
