Located in the riverbed of the Yodo River in Takatsuki, Osaka, Keihan Golf Club is a 18-hole, par-64 public course situated just 20 minutes from central Osaka and the Umeda Interchange. The course presents a total yardage of 4,390 yards from the back tees, with a par of 64 rather than the standard 72. This unique par structure is driven by a front nine featuring three par-3s (holes 4, 5, and 6) and a back nine with five par-3s (holes 11, 14, 15, 16, and 17). The front nine measures 2,350 yards, while the back nine is slightly shorter at 2,040 yards. The design includes several notable long holes that define the scoring difficulty. The 9th hole is a 5-par 471-yard left dogleg, serving as the longest hole on the course. The 1st hole is a 4-par 348-yard hole, and the 10th is a 4-par 347-yard left dogleg. Conversely, the shortest holes are the 16th at 120 yards and the 5th at 142 yards. The course features multiple tee boxes and green options, with yardages varying significantly between the back, regular, and front tees. Keihan Golf Club hosts a variety of regular competitions, including the Keihan Weekday Cup, the Keihan Monthly Cup, and a Senior & Ladies tournament. The course also participates in broader events such as the Women's Golf Festa. The facility is accessible via the Yodo River floodplain, providing a flat, open playing environment typical of riverside courses in the Kansai region.
