The course is located on State Route 161, which weaves 36 miles west from Columbus through typical Ohio small towns. The course is situated around farm fields but is considered one of the best places to play in central Ohio. To play well at Indian Springs, golfers need to hit the ball high, be good at target golf, hit their woods long and straight, and have the ability to shape their shots. The clubhouse sits high above the courses with views overlooking a large lake filled with reeds and geese. Golf Digest has given Indian Springs four stars in each of the past five years.
