The town is located in the Murray region and is a nice stopover on the Hume Highway between Sydney and Melbourne, and close to the Woomargama National Park. The Club is about five hours' drive from Sydney, four hours from Melbourne, and three hours from Canberra, and from Albury it is 45 minutes' drive. The town is known affectionately as the "Submarine Town" and was named after the first submariner who received the Victoria Cross for his bravery during the 1914 Gallipoli campaign. Once you finish your round, enjoy the facilities with an onsite restaurant, bar, and pokies. Women's competitions run from April through November.
