Winchelsea View Golf Course

Winchelsea View Golf Course is an 18-hole public course located in Lantzville, British Columbia, just north of Nanaimo. The course spans 4,322 yards and features a mostly forgiving layout designed to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Set in a scenic location, the course offers spectacular views of the Strait of Georgia and the Coastal Mountains of the mainland, providing an attractive setting for play.

The course's design incorporates contoured fairways with deceptive slopes and strategically placed hazards that present a moderate challenge despite its overall approachability. Since opening in 1994, Winchelsea View has become a popular facility among local golfers, known for its friendly atmosphere and reasonable green fee rates. The facility operates year-round with public tee times available seven days a week. Amenities include a practice green, clubhouse with lounge and outdoor patio, licensed snack bar, pro shop, and equipment rentals including power carts and pull carts. Golf lessons are available through Canadian PGA professional instruction.
