Whitehill Golf Course is a Par 72, 6,802-yard layout located in Dane End, Ware, Hertfordshire. Founded in 1988 by Keith, Sally, and Andrew Smith on their farmland, the course was designed by Reg Plumridge and adapted by the founding family alongside PGA professional Stephen James. The undulating terrain features well-positioned ponds and bunkers, mature trees, and carefully maintained fairways and greens that reflect the natural countryside setting. The course provides a challenging test for low handicappers while remaining accessible to higher handicappers. Firm greens and well-draining fairways enable year-round play with conditions varying seasonally. Located conveniently near the M11 and M25 motorways, the course is situated in rural tranquility with abundant wildlife. Whitehill operates as a family club welcoming both members and visitors of all age groups, with various membership categories available including Full 7-Day, 5-Day, Corporate, and Junior options.
