Westport Country Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located near Lake Champlain in Westport, New York. The course measures over 7,000 yards with a par of 71. Designed by Scottish architect Thomas Winton in 1928, it evolved from a 6-hole course established in 1898 and a 9-hole course that expanded in the early 1900s. Winton's design is regarded as one of his finest completed works, created during the Great Depression.

The course is situated in the Adirondack region and features distinctive characteristics including spectacular views of mountains and lake scenery, challenging holes, and well-maintained fairways and greens. The setting provides scenic views of the natural Adirondack Park landscape. The course is known as a "must play" destination in the Adirondacks/Lake Placid/Lake Champlain region.

The course has a notable historical connection to golf, having been the summer home of Scottish professional Henry Picard during the 1950s. This association attracted celebrity visitors including Babe Ruth, Stan Musial, and Harry Carey. The course remains a public facility that has served golfers for over 100 years.
