Wellington Golf Club is an 18-hole course located 8km south of Wellington, NSW, adjacent to the award-winning Wellington Caves and Phosphate Mine. The course features valley views and is fully irrigated from tee to green with immaculate greens. The layout is described as both beautiful and challenging, playable year-round due to its irrigation system.
The course welcomes visitors for social rounds, with cart and club hire available. Players holding an AGU handicap are invited to participate in Wednesday and Saturday competitions. The club hosts regular club competitions on these days with both booking and roll-up options available. Social competitions are also offered to members, non-members, and visitors.
The course maintains reciprocal agreements with numerous regional golf clubs including Bathurst, Cooma, Cowra, Mudgee, Parkes, and Tamworth, among others. Pro-shop facilities are available on-site. The course is accessible from the Mitchell Highway and can be enjoyed by golfers of varying skill levels throughout the year.
