Watermark Country Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Cascade, Michigan, near Grand Rapids. Originally designed by Ira Dustin and Lester Johnson in 1958 as Hickory Hills, the course has undergone multiple renovations to reach its current form. The layout was expanded in the mid-1980s by Mark DeVries and redesigned in 1997 by Raymond Hearn. A comprehensive 2022 renovation modernized the course and improved playability after it was deemed too difficult.

The course plays to a par 72, ranging from 6,827 yards at the longest tees to 4,852 yards, accommodating golfers of all skill levels. Each nine offers a distinctive character while blending into a cohesive 18-hole experience. The course features challenging tee shots, well-maintained fairways, and undulating greens that test players throughout the round. Watermark is noted for consistently maintaining some of the area's best-conditioned putting surfaces and fairways. The course is highly walkable and includes a comprehensive practice facility with both long and short game areas.
