Wangaratta Golf Club

Wangaratta Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course with a par of 69/70, located in North East Victoria's Ovens Valley region. Established in 1906, the course is situated on the grounds of the historic Waldara Homestead, built in 1886, approximately 5 kilometers northwest of Wangaratta town centre on the Yarrawonga Road.

The course features a gentle, undulating layout that is fully watered and playable year-round. Recent upgrades have removed holes 7, 12, and 13 from play. The terrain and setting reflect the scenic characteristics of the Ovens Valley landscape, providing a moderate challenge suitable for golfers of varying skill levels.

The club offers comprehensive facilities including a state-of-the-art driving range, pro shop with premium equipment and apparel, and visitor amenities. The course is characterized by its accessibility and year-round playability, making it a notable fixture in the regional golfing community for over a century.
