Wamego Country Club

Wamego Country Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located in Wamego, Kansas, set among rolling hills. The course plays to a par 70 with a yardage of 6,074. Originally designed by renowned architect Chick Trout, the course opened as a nine-hole layout in 1920. The back nine was added later and designed by local architect Eric Langvardt. The course is a private members-only facility, though the driving range and practice green are available to the public. Wamego Country Club offers a full-service pro shop, practice facilities including a short game area, dining options with a full-service bar and patio deck, and a banquet room. The club hosts various tournaments and events throughout the year and operates a Junior Golf Academy program for developing young golfers.
