Vola Golf

Vola Golf is a 9-hole par-3 course located in Mäntyharju, Finland, situated immediately adjacent to Highway 5. The course was built on a former agricultural field and features drought-resistant grass species on the greens, maintained at an 8mm cutting height. The course operates without an irrigation system.

Vola Golf received Finnish Golf Federation (Golfliitto) approval as a handicap-eligible course in summer 2025. The nine holes were renovated in 2023, with the ninth hole notably enhanced by the addition of a water hazard to increase playing challenge. The course is designed as an accessible training facility welcoming both beginners and experienced players, with equipment rentals available and no membership or Green Card certification required for play.

The facility includes a practice range open from early spring through November, a small café offering club rentals and refreshments, and instruction from golf professional Jukka Ollilainen. The course operates 24/7 during the season with flexible payment options. Group packages and golf instruction are available. Several tournaments are held throughout the season at this scenic rural course.
