Virginia Tech Golf Course ☆ Follow

The Virginia Tech Golf Course is located on the corner of Price's Fork Road and West Campus Drive, and the nine-hole course is open to students, faculty and staff, spouses and dependents, and retirees. The course features 3,258 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Raymond F. Loving, Jr., ASGCA, the Virginia Tech golf course opened in 1973. Virginia Tech Golf Course has Bent Grass greens and Blue Grass fairways.

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque New River Valley, the course provides views of the surrounding mountains. The course features well-maintained fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and smooth greens, with access to excellent practice facilities, including a driving range and putting green. The Virginia Tech Golf Course Pro Shop offers a comprehensive line of services, with the facility having retail space, locker rooms, a vending area, club and pull cart rentals, and the office of the director of golf operations.
