Viksjö Golfklubb

Viksjö Golfklubb is a classic parkland course located in Järfälla, Sweden. The club operates two courses: an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole course designed by architect Sune Linde. The 18-hole course was established in 1970 after initial development began in the mid-1960s, while the 9-hole course was completed in the mid-1990s.

The course is characterized as a traditional parkland layout where the primary challenge lies in approach shots to the greens rather than off-the-tee difficulties. The club occupies the Viksjö Gård estate and Fjällens Gård, which serves as the clubhouse.

Viksjö Golfklubb has approximately 1,600 active members and welcomes green fee players. The facility includes practice areas, a restaurant serving lunch, and conference facilities. The club has been owned by its members since purchasing the property from NCC Fastighet AB in 1997. It maintains competitive standards, hosting tournaments and offering junior programs alongside beginner courses and lessons for players of all levels.
