Ventura Country Club

Ventura Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Orlando, Florida, designed by Mark Mahanna. Situated minutes from downtown Orlando and the airport at 3333 Woodgate Boulevard, the course is set within natural Florida wetlands and habitats that attract wildlife including bald eagles and ospreys.

The course features Champion Bermuda greens installed in 2012, providing a tour-quality putting surface that is maintained to be smooth, fast, and firm. With over 50 sand bunkers and 15 holes lined or guarded by canals and wetlands, Ventura presents a challenging layout. The course offers three different tee locations to accommodate golfers of varying skill levels.

Notable characteristics include the integration of scenic natural Florida landscapes throughout the design. The course has been featured on the cover of Florida Golf Central and is marketed as "Orlando's Best Kept Secret." A significant 2022 course renovation enhanced the facility, demonstrating the club's commitment to maintaining high standards.
