University Park Golf Club is a par-71, 18-hole course located in University Park, Illinois, situated in the Chicago metropolitan area. The layout features rolling fairways and elevated tees, with water hazards coming into play on nine of the eighteen holes. The terrain is characterized by its undulating nature, with the elevated tees providing views of the surrounding landscape. The signature hole is the 8th, a difficult par-3 that requires a tee shot over water. The course also features a long 623-yard par-5, offering a significant test for distance. For the 2026 season, the course operator swapped the front and back nines, meaning the first tee box is now located behind the Pro Shop. A new set of Hybrid "Orange" tees has been added, which alternate between the White and Forward tees to provide varied yardage options. The course is managed by a team that took over in April 2025. The facility includes a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse that serves as a venue for banquets, meetings, and special events. While the course is open to the public for play, it also hosts various golf outings and functions.
