University Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course designed by A.V. Macan, located in Vancouver's University Endowment Lands just minutes from downtown. The course is nestled in beautiful rolling hills, offering scenic views throughout the layout. Established in 1929, it has over 95 years of history and is recognized as one of British Columbia's finest public golf courses.
The course provides an enjoyable and challenging experience suitable for players of all skill levels, from beginners to competitive golfers. The club recently underwent a course renovation and features a modern retail shop redesigned in 2024. Beyond golf, University Golf Club offers comprehensive instruction through experienced PGA Professionals, a practice range, TaylorMade Fitting Centre, and academy programs. The facility also includes event spaces such as a newly renovated pergola and garden area for ceremonies, dining facilities at Westward Ho! restaurant, and banquet spaces for tournaments, corporate events, and weddings. The club serves as both a championship golf destination and a full-service venue facility.
