UGOLF Bordeaux Villenave d'Ornon is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72, stretching 5,901 meters from the back tees. Designed by architect Michel Niedbala and opened in September 2017, the course is located on a 100-hectare estate in the Gironde department of Nouvelle Aquitaine, approximately 15 minutes from central Bordeaux and adjacent to the Château de Geneste along the Garonne River.

The course accommodates golfers of all skill levels through seven tee options, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players. The facility features comprehensive practice amenities including 45 driving range positions (30 covered), a putting green, chipping green, and training bunker.

Key characteristics include a water feature prominently featured on the practice range and throughout the layout. The course is set within natural woodland landscapes, with 88% of the 100-hectare property dedicated to natural spaces. In October 2025, the course received the Bronze "Golf for Biodiversity" label from the French Golf Federation, recognizing its commitment to ecosystem preservation and sustainable management including wetland protection, responsible water management, and wildlife habitat enhancement.

Additional amenities include the Club House Tchanqué restaurant with a 250-square-meter terrace overlooking the lake and 18th green, a pro shop, meeting facilities for corporate events, and a golf academy offering instruction for all levels.
