Twin Stacks Golf Club

Twin Stacks Golf Club is a 9-hole course located in Coniston near Sudbury, Ontario, situated on the reclaimed grounds of Inco's former smelter site. The par-35 layout features flat, rolling Kentucky Bluegrass fairways with well-manicured Bentgrass greens and includes six par-4 holes, two par-3s, and one par-5, accessible through multiple tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels.

The course is characterized by strategic bunkering, water hazards, and rough terrain that challenge players to maintain fairway accuracy. The signature hole is the par-4 opening, a 410-yard hole featuring five elevated tee boxes, including an island tee accessible by bridge, with water guarding both sides of the fairway and a two-tiered green protected by bunkers and water.

Established over 25 years ago, Twin Stacks demonstrates excellent course maintenance and hosts leagues, tournaments, and special events. The course is known for its forgiving approach shots and well-balanced design suitable for beginners and experienced golfers alike, with a restaurant and rental facilities available on-site.
