Trickle Creek Golf Resort is an 18-hole, par-71 course located in Kimberley, British Columbia, situated at an elevation of over 4,000 feet. Designed by renowned architect Les Furber, the layout traverses the slopes of North Star Mountain, weaving through a rugged alpine environment that crosses creeks and dives with the mountain's slopes. The course is recognized as one of the highest in the Kootenay Rockies, with Kimberley itself being the highest-altitude city in Canada. The terrain features dramatic elevation changes, peak-filled horizons, and undulating greens. The course is characterized by white-silica bunkers and a design that challenges players with its mountain setting. Trickle Creek was ranked #48 in Top Public Golf Courses in Canada by SCOREGolf and was awarded a bronze medal by readers of SCORE Golf Magazine for being one of the top resort courses in the country. The signature hole is the par-3 11th, which presents a significant challenge with its tee box hanging on a ledge. The green, located approximately 175 yards away, is beautifully shelved among spindly pines and a bold collection of snow-white bunkers. The course offers a solid design by Furber that combines the natural topography with strategic golf architecture.
