The Trails of Frisco Golf Club is a premier 18-hole golf course featuring dramatic bunkering, scenic wetlands, and large, undulating Champion greens. The 6,800-yard, par 71 layout offers a challenging yet fair test of golf for players of all skill levels. Designed by architect Jeff Brauer and built in 2001, the course is loaded with hidden creeks, scenic wetlands, extensive bunkering, and massive greens—an unusual departure from Brauer's typically open and straightforward designs. With a course rating of 74.0 and a slope rating of 138, the layout presents substantial difficulty. Water comes into play on 17 holes as the course winds its way around and through creeks and lakes. Notable finishing holes include a 168-yard par-3 16th, a 468-yard par-4 17th with a pond that must be passed on the tee shot, and the finishing 576-yard par-5 18th where a creek crosses in front of the green.
