TPC Sugarloaf, situated on 1,200 acres in Duluth, Georgia, features 27 holes of championship golf designed by Greg Norman. The primary course comprises two nine-hole sections: "The Stables" and "The Meadows," forming a par-72, 7,259-yard championship layout. A third nine, "The Pines," offers slightly shorter yardage with comparable challenge. The course is characterized by tree-lined Bermuda fairways, streams, lakes, and rolling hills typical of Georgia's countryside landscape.

Named among Golf Digest's "Best New Private Clubs in the U.S." at its 1997 debut and Golfweek's "Top 100 Best Residential Golf Courses," TPC Sugarloaf represents a challenging championship-caliber design. The facility includes a 10-acre practice facility and hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Classic, a PGA TOUR Champions event. Beyond golf, the property offers a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse with dining, a 7-acre Lifestyle Center with fitness facilities, tennis courts, and an aquatics center, establishing it as a comprehensive private club destination.
