The Vines Golf Resort in Western Australia's Swan Valley features a Championship 18-hole course and a 9-hole Lakes course. Designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson, the Championship course spans 5,783 meters from the white tees with a par of 72 and slope rating of 128, while the Lakes course measures 2,831 meters, par 36, slope rating 124.
Set within native bushland overlooking the Swan Valley wine region, the courses showcase the landscape's natural features including water hazards and strategically positioned bunkers. The bent grass greens rank among the country's largest. The layout challenges experienced golfers from championship tees while remaining accessible to casual players from forward positions.
The courses hosted prestigious international tournaments including the Heineken Classic (1993-2001), Johnnie Walker Classic (2006, 2009), and LPGA Lexus Cup (2007), attracting world-class players including Norman, Player, Els, and Sorenstam. The setting features abundant wildlife, including kangaroos, waterbirds, and cockatoos. A driving range with grass tee bays complements the courses, which operate 364 days annually.
