The Rookery Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Milton, Delaware, that opened in August 2000. Situated between swelling mounds to the west and a heron rookery to the east, the course offers scenic views and a distinctive landscape characteristic of the Delmarva peninsula. The course was designed by 2004 Senior British Open Champion Pete Oakley and Golf Course Superintendent Chris Adkins with the philosophy of providing a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels.

The layout features well-conditioned bentgrass greens, tees, and fairways throughout. The course is rated four stars by Golf Digest and has become a local favorite in the region. Situated minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, The Rookery accommodates various play formats including individual rounds, tournaments, outings, and charity events. The facility offers golf instruction through PGA-certified professionals and features a FlightScope launch monitor for custom fittings and skill assessments. The club also operates The Heron Grille restaurant on-site.
