The Plantation Golf & Country Club

The Plantation Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course located in Fort Myers, Florida, designed by renowned architects Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry. Situated in Southwest Florida's natural landscape of palmettos and subtropical terrain, the course combines classic and contemporary design elements to challenge golfers of all skill levels.

The layout features rolling fairways with subtle elevation changes, numerous rolls and dips that create defined target areas, and strategically placed Pinehurst-style bunkers with steep faces but moderate depth. The greens are highlighted with contoured chipping areas designed to test players' short games. Water features enhance both playability and scenic views throughout the course.

Located at 10500 Dartington Drive, the course is positioned near Southwest Florida International Airport and close to cultural attractions and Gulf Coast beaches. The private club offers a pure golf experience emphasizing elegance and rigor, with well-maintained championship conditions. The facility includes a driving range, short game practice area, putting green, and a fully stocked golf shop. The clubhouse, known as The Great House, features event spaces and offers tournament hosting, golf instruction, and wedding services.
