The course features 40 hectares of grass, 54 bunkers, 7 lakes, and a stream, with distinctive floodlit holes 10-18 for evening play. It opens and closes with challenging par-5s and employs Bermuda 419 grass in summer and ryegrass in winter for optimal playing conditions.

It has hosted the European Tour's Rolex Series and since 2016 has been the venue for the Maxx Royal Cup, an annual amateur tournament attracting players from multiple continents. The course maintains championship standards through dedicated greenkeeping teams and offers an on-site golf academy providing training programs for various skill levels.
