The 18-hole championship par 72 golf course was completed in 1968 and was designed by Charlie Martin. The course measures 7,096 yards from the championship tees and offers eight sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels, with distances ranging from 6,910 yards from the Black/Gold tees to 4,802 yards from the Teal tees. Greens and tees are bent grass, while the fairways are comprised of rye. The course is located on 520 acres in northeastern Martin County, nestled among 299 one-acre homesites in Palm City.
The course is both challenging and enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels, with many majestic trees and lakes, which gives it a quiet and peaceful feel. It has matured into one of the most popular in the area. In recent years, the Clubhouse underwent extensive renovations, additional tees were added and the greens were replaced with TifEagle grass. A state-of-the-art multi-row irrigation system and continuous concrete cart paths were added, and golf facilities include a tour quality practice facility with a 7,000 square foot putting green, grass driving range and short game practice areas.
