Thai Country Club was developed as one of Asia's finest golf clubs and opened in December 1996. The course was designed by Denis Griffiths, then President of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, to USGA specifications. The 18-hole layout spans 7,097 yards and features a neo-classic design that accommodates both casual players and championship-level competition.

Located in Chachoengsao, Thailand, the course is characterized by immaculate conditions, abundant water features, and diverse flora and fauna that create a picturesque setting. The design incorporates a variety of hole types offering consistent challenge throughout the round.

The course gained international prominence when it hosted the 1997 Asian Honda Classic, won by Tiger Woods, which served as its first serious competitive test. More recently, it hosted the Aramco Team Series Bangkok in 2022. The combination of strategic water hazards, well-maintained turf, and thoughtful hole design makes Thai Country Club a recognized venue for professional and amateur golf in Southeast Asia.
