Terrace Lakes Resort

Terrace Lakes Resort Golf Course is an 18-hole mountain course located in Garden Valley, Idaho, within the Boise National Forest, approximately four miles north of Crouch. The course features a par structure with multiple par 4s, par 5s, and par 3s across varied terrain. The front nine presents an open, spacious layout, while the back nine weaves through mountain terrain interspersed with creeks, creating increased complexity and challenge.

The course is characterized by significant elevation changes and strategic water hazards, including creeks and ponds that factor into play on multiple holes. Greens throughout the course exhibit notable slopes, particularly front-to-back gradients that demand careful approach shot selection. Wildlife encounters with deer and elk are common during play.

Difficulty varies by hole, with challenging signature holes including Hole 3 (a 468-yard par 5 with penalty areas and dramatic green slope), Hole 11 (a 547-yard par 5 requiring precise positioning), and several elevated par 3s and tight par 4s. The course offers multiple tee options (blue, white, and red) to accommodate golfers of varying skill levels. Terrace Lakes operates seasonally from spring through fall, with comprehensive yardage books and practice facilities available to prepare for rounds.
