Tanglewood Greens, formerly known as Chippewa Valley Golf Club, is an 18-hole course in historic Menomonie, Wisconsin. The property first opened for golf in 1976 as Chippewa Valley GC, but closed in the spring of 2020 and was subsequently rebuilt with new tees, greens, and a full irrigation system. The course was designed by Rick Budinger. The par-71 layout has three par-5s on the front nine and just one on the back. The course plays a maximum of 6,156 yards from the Black tees.

The course is designed to flow on 187 acres of maturely wooded, naturally rolling terrain with dramatic elevation changes between tees and greens. It is described as a challenging golf course, with enough difficulty to generate repeat business. The course features deep bunkering, several ponds, and is heavily treed. The par-5 seventh hole is a notable feature, stretching to 604 yards. The practice area features an elevated natural turf driving range overlooking the valley with a large and challenging practice green with practice bunkers.
