Swingolf-Hamburg

Swingolf Hamburg is a recreational golf facility located in the Ochsenwerder district of southeastern Hamburg, near Hohendeicher See. The course spans 13 hectares and offers both Swingolf and Fussballgolf experiences.

The Swingolf course features fairways ranging from 65 to 300 meters in length, with a typical round taking 3-4 hours to complete. The game follows traditional golf principles—players aim to complete each hole in the fewest strokes possible—but with modified equipment and rules to make it more accessible. Players use a single universal club rather than a full set, and larger, softer balls that are safer and easier to control than standard golf balls. The 30-centimeter diameter holes are also larger than regulation golf holes, making them more forgiving for players of all skill levels.

The facility is designed as a family-friendly venue requiring no club membership, handicap certification, or prior experience. In addition to the golf course, Swingolf Hamburg features a café serving cakes, pastries, and snacks, with seating both indoors and on a terrace overlooking the course. The venue welcomes individuals, families, corporate groups, and clubs for recreational play.
