Stone Meadows is a modified links style golf course nestled in the heart of Northeast Pennsylvania - easily accessible from Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, the Poconos, and the upper Lehigh Valley. The 18-hole Stone Meadows course features 5,200 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70 and was designed by Tom Grlica, opening in 2000. The course was previously named Alfortene Golf Links.
Stone Meadows reaches 5,210 yards from the tips with a par of 70, and the entire course is densely forested, giving each of its 18 holes a scenic atmosphere during every season. The longest hole on the course is hole 12, a par-5 that plays to 450 yards, while the shortest hole is hole 14, a par-3 that plays to 120 yards from the back tees. The course features challenging dog legs and tighter fairways.
Brand-new irrigation and recently reconstructed greens result in exceptional course conditions, with a newly installed irrigation system channeling excess water out of the course. The course has a rating of 64.6 and a slope rating of 108.
