Österåkers Golfklubb

Österåkers Golfklubb is a premier golf facility established in 1988 with roots in 1990s championship golf. The club features two 18-hole courses designed by Henrik Stenson and Christian Lundin. The West Course (formerly Västerled) and East Course (formerly Öster by Stenson) offer complementary playing experiences with distinct characteristics, though the West Course remains under construction with a planned opening in autumn 2026.

The facility is located in Åkersberga, Sweden, and encompasses multiple amenities including a clubhouse restaurant, The Lake House (awarded World's Best Halfway House 2025), a shop, training facilities, and padel courts. The courses are designed to provide challenging play with beautiful holes and varied terrain. The East Course is currently open, while a 9-hole par-3 course is also available.

The club emphasizes quality course design, member experience, and hospitality, with dining offerings integrated throughout the facility. The courses maintain high standards in maintenance and playability, with The Lake House serving as a notable halfway house destination. Both courses reflect a shared design philosophy centered on quality, challenging gameplay, and member enjoyment.
