St. Croix Valley Golf Course is a 110-acre 9-hole golf course that has been in operation since 1925. The course features 3,060 yards of golf for a par of 36, and was designed by Andy Lindquist. The course is located at 2200 US Highway 8 in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin.
The property's northwest, west, southwest and western areas contain old growth forest with oaks and basswood, while the golf course area itself is planted with mature maple, birch, oak, and ornamental trees together with spruce and pine. The course is nestled in a beautifully wooded glacial area near the St Croix River's Dalles area with tree-lined fairways and crowned greens.
The course features rolling fairways and crowned greens with 200-year-old oak trees on every hole and no sand traps. Wildlife such as deer are known to wander into fairways during play. The course is open to the public, and amenities include a restaurant, bar, pro shop, practice facilities, and rental clubs available.
