Springdale Golf Club, located in Princeton, New Jersey, is one of the earliest private golf clubs in America, established in 1895. The 18-hole course features an 18-hole layout developed over time, with initial nine holes opening in 1902 and additional nine holes completed in 1915. The course underwent a substantive redesign by renowned architect William S. Flynn in 1927, establishing its current character.

The course is distinguished by its integration within Princeton University's landscape, most notably the 173-foot Cleveland Tower, a collegiate gothic structure erected in 1913 that overlooks the 6th and 7th holes and is visible throughout the course. Set on 240 acres of the historic Stockton Farm, the natural beauty and architectural heritage define the playing experience.

Recognized among the first clubs by the U.S.G.A. in 1897, Springdale has maintained its reputation as a challenging and enjoyable course for golfers of varying skill levels. The club underwent course rerouting in 2007 and recently completed a bunker restoration in 2023 under architect Ian Andrew, honoring Flynn's original design intent. Currently managed by Troon Privé, the club offers members access to exclusive courses and clubs worldwide.
