Spring Creek Golf Club

Spring Creek Golf Course is an award-winning 18-hole public course opened in 1964, located off I-80 Exit 70 in Spring Valley, Illinois. The traditional-style course features rolling terrain with natural land contours, mature tree-lined fairways, and heavily wooded areas. With four sets of tees, the course accommodates various skill levels while maintaining challenging playability.

The layout includes water hazards on eight holes and strategically placed bunkers throughout. Generous, well-maintained championship greens characterize the course design. Notable are the "Hail Mary Corner" holes (#12, #13, #14, and #15), which offer risk-and-reward opportunities appealing to competitive golfers. The course features a walkable layout with short distances between greens and tees, balancing challenge with playability by demanding precision off the tee while offering spacious fairways.

Spring Creek has been voted Illinois Valley's #1 Golf Course for 27 consecutive years and Bureau County's Favorite Golf Course for 7 years.
