Southington Country Club

Southington Country Club is a public par 71 golf course located in Plantsville, Connecticut, situated in the picturesque "Apple Valley" between the Meriden and Waterbury Mountain Ranges. The course features contrasting terrain across its 18 holes: the front nine is built on hilly, open terrain that offers more expansive views, while the back nine is narrower and considerably flatter. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes throughout the course, adding strategic challenge to the layout.

The course is complemented by a full clubhouse facility that includes a pro shop, full-service restaurant, sports bar, and banquet room known as The Back Nine Tavern. The clubhouse patio overlooks the front nine grounds and is open year-round to the public. The restaurant serves specialty brick-fired pizza, burgers, and appetizers and is open daily for lunch and dinner.
