Seven Oaks Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course designed by legendary architect Robert Trent Jones Sr., located on the Colgate University campus in Hamilton, New York. The course is situated in the upper Chenango Valley and is named after the ancestral home of the Colgate family.

The layout features strategic water placement throughout, extensive tee areas accommodating various skill levels, and expansive greens characteristic of Jones' design philosophy. The course was constructed in two phases: the first nine holes opened on July 4, 1958, with the final nine opening for play on September 4, 1965.

Set within the scenic Colgate University campus environment, Seven Oaks offers a challenging yet playable design that appeals to golfers of all abilities. The combination of water hazards and generous green complexes demands both precision and course management. The course has become recognized as one of the top public courses in New York State and serves as the home course for Colgate Athletics' golf programs while welcoming public play and membership.
